I’m so glad you made it here. Welcome to Finding Space: a therapy practice which blends both creative and empowering modalities for those seeking support, guidance, excitement, and deep care.
As therapists, our work in a way that can be described as integrative, creative, trauma-informed, uplifting, and deeply understanding. Our philosophy as therapists involves removing ourselves from an expert position, to sit with you, as just another human with a curious and open mind. We hold a secure, supportive, non-judgemental, and non-pathologising space for you to be fully who you are.

Find Us
Find a therapist near Eastgardens. Located at 351 Clovelly Rd, Clovelly NSW 2031. An expansive, light-filled, and private space by the ocean.
We appreciate the small touches here – essential oil diffusing in the background, calming herbal teas, and light-filled practice rooms.
The rooms themselves are decorated minimally yet beautifully. Sit yourself on a comfy chair and enjoy a cup of herbal tea throughout the session.
We also work creatively at times, and so therapy materials such as white boards, paper, pens, and other creative tools are all available to use.
The clinic is surrounded by cafes and bakeries, and is a walk away from Clovelly beach. There is an abundance of free street parking around, as well as being easily accessible via the 339 bus.
